Smokers...
We have a fire proof "ash tray" solution for all of you that will avoid "stompies" being left in the countryside. This think is clever! Hang it from your fly vest, and put out your cigarettes in the lid and rop the butt inside. Also works for left over tippet, broken flies and the like. Get yours from the club secretary for just R75!

The 14/45 club:
Stalwart club member Win Whitear was instrumental in launching this fun initiative. The club recognises all club members who fulfill the following criteria, with a "14/45 certificate":

Catch a fish of 45 cms (18 inches) or more in length,
on a fly of size 14 or smaller,
on a club water.

Do you qualify? If so please drop a mail to Bronwyn, our secretary on secretary@nffc.co.za with the details of your catch, and we will add you to the "roll of honour" and prepare a certificate which will be presented at the AGM each year.
